I asked my kids to write a poem with clouds as theme. This is what my 7 year old wrote;
“Clouds are gentle in the sky
Clouds are in the middle, low or high
These are it’s colors gray, white and black
I need to tell you that I know that.” – Shanaya Kalra

“Clouds come floating into my life, no longer to carry rain or usher storm, but to add color to my sunset sky.”
― Rabindranath Tagore, Stray Birds

“when we look up, it widens our horizons. we see what a little speck we are in the universe, so insignificant, and we all take ourselves so seriously, but in the sky, there are no boundaries. No differences of caste or religion or race.”
― Julia Gregson, East of the Sun

“God is a cloud from which rain fell.”
― Dejan Stojanovic, The Sun Watches the Sun

“There was a star riding through clouds one night, & I said to the star, ‘Consume me’.”
― Virginia Woolf, The Waves
